Tim Hopgood worked as a graphic designer and freelance illustrator for 20 years, before turning his hand to children's books. WOW! SAID THE OWL follows the hugely successful A DOG CALLED ROD (978-1-4050-9269-2), which was shortlisted for both the Red House Book Award and the British Book Design Awards, and HERE COMES FRANKIE! (978-1-4050-9271-5) which published in 2008 to critical acclaim. Tim is married with two teenage children and lives in the centre of York.
