Jodie provides recipes, meal plans, and nutritional counseling to CrossFit members as part of the CrossFit Paleo Challenge, and online fitness and diet community. Gilead Cohen has been a personal trainer for more than 15 years. He is co-owner of CrossFit Newton, and he formerly worked as a trainer with the Phoenix Suns, the New York Giants, and the U.S. Junior Olympics Swim Team.
