Shane Kuhn is a writer, director, and producer with 15 years of experience working in the entertainment business and advertising. In the feature film world, he has writing and directing credits with Universal, Fox, Paramount, Sony, and Lionsgate. He is currently co-writing features for Paramount and Fox. As a shameless product pusher in the ad world, he has worked as a copywriter, creative director, and broadcast spot director for brands such as Levi's, Snapple, Cisco Systems, and DirecTV. For the past three years, he has been working as creative director and broadcast producer for a Bay Area media company. He is well-known in the world of independent film as one of the original co-founders of the Slamdance Film Festival and currently serves as an Executive Board member of Slamdance, Inc. Kuhn has a BA in Psychology from The University of Colorado and an MFA in Screenwriting from the American Film Institute.
